The Opportunity
We are looking for Chefs to join our kitchen team in our 1910 Steak and Seafood Restaurant. This restaurant is high end offering the best of quality fresh ingredients. This role is to start as soon as possible.
This is not an entry level position and you must have previous chef experience in a fine dining kitchen to be considered for the role.
Our 1910 restaurant is only open on, Friday and Saturday evenings and on Sundays for lunch so this means that you will only work on 2 NIGHTS each week. The remainder of your shifts will be day shifts.
Reporting directly to the , Head Chef, the candidate should be energetic, highly motivated and have experience in working in a fast paced, quality food outlet. The ideal candidate is someone who is hungry, driven. We want someone who really goes out of the way to be a team member.
