We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Plastic Extrusion Die Cleaner to join our production team.
Location: Windmill Extrusions Ltd – Ashbourne DE6 1LG
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm
Pay: £13.50 per hour
This is an important role within our manufacturing process, ensuring extrusion dies and jigs are cleaned, maintained, and prepared to the highest standard for production.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean extrusion dies and jigs as they are removed from the production line.
- Prepare dies and jigs ready for the next production run.
- Inspect tooling during the cleaning process and identify any signs of wear or damage.
- Work closely with the Toolroom team to report damaged or worn dies and jigs.
- Ensure all tooling is stored correctly and handled with care.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the work area.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.

- Good communication skills.
- Previous manufacturing or engineering experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
What We Offer
