Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (No split shifts!)

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and independent Breakfast Chef to join our team and run our daytime kitchen service.
The RoleIn this role, you will truly own the morning food operation. You will be cooking beautiful, classic breakfasts for our hotel guests and handling a steady, high-quality breakfast trade for the visiting public. Because you will be running the kitchen during these hours, we are looking for someone who is organized enough to manage the paperwork and stock just as cleanly as the cooking line.Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery: Cook and present high-quality breakfast dishes to order for both residents and walk-in public guests.
- Kitchen Management: Handle light kitchen paperwork, including daily food safety logs & temperature checks.
- Stock & Ordering: Manage stock levels, place orders with local suppliers, and ensure efficient stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a spotless kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Who You Are
- Professional: You are comfortable working independently in the kitchen during the morning, managing your own time and workspace.
- Organized: You have basic computer & paperwork skills and understand how to manage stock control and kitchen logs.
- Experienced: You have experience cooking fresh food to order in a pub, hotel, or busy cafe environment.
- Reliable: You take pride in consistency, showing up ready to give our guests a great start to their day.
- Transport: Given our beautiful countryside location, reliable transport is highly recommended.
