Registered Manager – Redditch (B97)
Salary: £46,500 – £50,500 p/a + bonus up to £3,000 per year
Hours: Average 37.5 hours per week
Additional: Sleep-ins and overtime paid in addition | On-call rota

Your Role – Leading with Purpose and Impact:
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home
- Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, child-centred care
- Create a safe, stable, and therapeutic environment where children can grow and flourish
- Ensure safeguarding is at the forefront of everything you do
- Maintain high standards in line with Children’s Homes Regulations, Ofsted, and local authority expectations
- Oversee care planning, audits, and continuous improvement of the service
- Manage budgets, rotas, recruitment, and contribute to the on-call system
- Build strong, effective relationships with families, professionals, and external partners
What You Need:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a children’s residential setting
- Track record of achieving Ofsted ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’
- Experience supporting children with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
