Role Overview
Lembong House Property Group Ltd. is seeking a Residential Portfolio Asset Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of residential properties. This role is responsible for maximizing portfolio performance, maintaining high service standards, and supporting long-term investment objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational performance across residential property portfolios.
- Develop asset enhancement and investment strategies.
- Monitor occupancy, maintenance, and financial performance.
- Coordinate external property management providers.
- Prepare portfolio performance reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with relevant housing and property regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or related discipline.
- Extensive experience managing residential or mixed-use property portfolios.
- Strong financial analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Membership with a recognized property professional body is advantageous.
Pay: £72,000.00 per year
