We are currently looking to hire new additions to our fantastic team. We are looking for someone who has experience in working in a 2 Rosette Restaurant and a 4-star hotel.
The Garden Room restaurant is based at Callow Hall Hotel, located in the beautiful village of Ashbourne and surrounded by the glorious scenery of the Peak District. We offer our guests seasonal menus inspired and driven by the superb natural larder of the area, and include spectacular produce straight from the restaurant’s organic kitchen garden and neighbouring counties. The Garden Room restaurant is a stunning glass room that overlooks incredible views of the Bentley Brook. The hotel has now been open for almost 5 years and has won the best hotel for the Sunday Times and Catey's hotel of the year.

We are seeking enthusiastic restaurant staff to develop their knowledge and skills in an award-winning restaurant and hotel. The Food & Beverage Manager Oliver Lambourne, will be on hand to support and provide the training and guidance to enable you and the team to deliver exceptional service for guests dining in The Garden Room as well as private functions, weddings, afternoon teas and special events.
Our ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in a three- or four-star hotel or fine dining (preferable but not essential)

We are recruiting for both full and part time team members, transport is an advantage to reach the picturesque village of Ashbourne. The Hotel is situated at the gateway to the beautiful & Stunning Peak District.
Jobs available:
45 hour contract- 5 days a week, no set days off.
30 hour contract -4/5 days a week, no set days off.
Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
