Role Overview
As an operative, you will be responsible for the operation of fast-moving Napkin machines, ensuring their smooth day-to-day running. Your tasks will include:
- Basic machine adjustments
- Lubrication of machinery
- Routine maintenance
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards
- Ensuring product quality meets expectations
- Achieving production targets
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, working on a 4on4off pattern
The hourly rate for this role is £14.30.
Whilst completing your training you will be paid a training rate of £13.20.
Experience of working in a manufacturing environment is preferable, ideally within a fast-paced environment in a machine operative capacity.
