We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with the ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced service environment.
Although experience is not essential, some evidence of working in a similar environment is preferrable, with a welcoming nature and passion for great customer service and hospitality.
With a primary focus on our Bar, this role is flexible and exposes our team to the behind the scenes of lots of exciting events.
Bar Team responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serving customers on the bar
- Guest service and interaction with customers
- Table set up and room layouts
- Host large scale drinks receptions
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay customer focused and delivering an excellent experience for all guests
- General set up and an ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean
- Adhering to health and safety requirements
Requirements⠀
- Positive attitude and excellent communication
- A keen passion to learn new skills and enhance the customer’s experience
- Experience of working with the general public and the ability to stay calm under pressure⠀
- Great team players who are flexible and adaptable
Desirable
- Experience in bar work, knowledge of cocktails, drinks service
- Hospitality knowledge and events experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
