We're looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing & CRM Lead to take ownership of Puckator's digital performance, demand generation and customer lifecycle marketing.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll lead our digital ecosystem across paid media, SEO, CRM and website performance, using data and insight to drive measurable commercial growth.
Working closely with our Marketing Manager and wider marketing team, with strategic support from our Fractional CMO, you'll ensure every digital touchpoint works together to improve buyer journeys, generate demand and maximise commercial performance.
This is a full-time, office-based role located at our bespoke office in Park Hill, Sheffield, S2 5QD.
What you'll be doing
- Own and optimise paid media performance across Google Ads and paid social.
- Drive SEO strategy to maximise visibility, product discovery and qualified traffic.
- Build and refine CRM automation, segmentation, behavioural marketing journeys and lead nurturing programmes.
- Improve website performance, conversion rates and buyer journeys through ongoing optimisation, testing and insight.
- Analyse website, campaign, CRM and customer behaviour data (GA4 and other platforms) to generate actionable commercial insight.
- Support campaigns, product launches and category priorities across all digital channels.
- Manage and coordinate specialist digital agencies and external partners, ensuring activity is aligned, commercially focused and delivering measurable value.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, Creative team and wider business to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Keep up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, platform developments and AI-powered marketing tools, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and commercial performance.
- Prepare regular digital performance reports and recommendations for the Marketing Manager, Fractional CMO and Board, providing clear insight into campaign performance, website activity, CRM effectiveness and opportunities for continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
- Strong all-round digital marketing knowledge across SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM and email marketing.
- Proven expertise in either SEO or PPC, with hands-on campaign management experience.
- Experience building and optimising CRM, email marketing and marketing automation programmes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations that improve commercial performance.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 and other reporting platforms.
- Experience managing external agencies or specialist partners.
- A collaborative, organised approach with excellent communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering measurable results rather than simply activity.
- Experience within FMCG, wholesale or ecommerce would be advantageous.
- Experience working across European markets is desirable.
Why this role?
This is an opportunity to take real ownership of digital marketing within a growing international business.
You'll play a key role in shaping how customers discover, engage with and buy from Puckator, while influencing strategic decision-making through data, insight and continuous optimisation.
