This is hands-on, fast-paced, and full of variety — no two days are ever the same! We cater at amazing events all year round, with our busiest, most exciting seasons hitting summer, autumn, and winter — think big vibes, great crowds, and awesome energy!
What You’ll Be Doing - From bustling festivals to match-day fixtures, you’ll be right in the thick of it:
Set up & pack down our event units — get everything ready to shine, then wrap it all up smooth
Jump behind the counter in our specialist food vans — serve up delicious treats with a smile, deliver top-tier customer service
Keep things running like clockwork — stock checks, prep, and general support at events Warehouse hero duties — pick & prep orders, restock our stores, handle internal deliveries, cover team holidays & sickness
Help out with kitchen porter tasks — keep spaces clean, organised, and ready for action
Where You’ll Be Our events are brilliant — we’re talking Glasgow, Arnprior Pumpkins, Scottish rugby fixtures, and so much more! One day you’re in the warehouse prepping, the next you’re at a lively festival — fresh air, great atmosphere, always something new!
Your Schedule Full 7-day availability — we plan around events, so days vary! 5 shifts per week — mix of weekdays & weekends, flexible hours Perfect if you love variety, hate sitting still, and thrive on a changing scene!

Has 7-day availability and total flexibility for hours & days
Loves physical, practical work — you’re happy to muck in, get stuck in, and get hands-on Shines in a small, friendly team — great at working together AND happy on your own tasks.
Brings positive vibes every day — great customer service, a smile, and a can-do attitude Adapts fast — busy events, changing plans? You roll with it like a pro! Happy working outdoors & in busy, buzzy spaces.
