Contract for late June/July/August 2026

Pebbles Restaurant is situated in our busy social hub of The Three Rocks with dining inside & on the balcony overlooking the stunning beach. We operate lunch & dinner service, alongside Sunday Carvery.
The Role:
- preparing, cooking & presenting food to established recipes & standards
- maintaining good food & hygiene standards through stock control & correctly storing food
- signing in deliveries & putting them away
- maintaining cleaning & organisation on station & around the kitchen
- assistance in general cleaning duties e.g. washing pots, pans, equipment
- assistance in general kitchen duties requested from Head Chef.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in the kitchen (1year)
- Ability to operate a kitchen section
- A team player who works well alongside others
- A keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- High standard of cleanliness & understanding of basic health & safety practise
- Flexible – must be available for evenings & weekend work
