The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our growing team. This role involves cleaning and preparing properties before, during, and after refurbishment works. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our sites are tidy, presentable, and ready for handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas after refurbishment.
- Preparing void properties for handover or new tenants.
- Removing dust, debris, and general waste from work areas.
- Maintaining cleanliness standards across all sites.
- Using cleaning materials and equipment safely and effectively.
- Reporting any damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience (preferably in construction or social housing).
- Attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and reliability.
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence. Company vehicle will be provided.
- CSCS card beneficial but not required (training can be provided).
