Job Overview
We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Travel Operations Manager to oversee the smooth delivery of day-to-day travel operations. You’ll coordinate bookings, suppliers, itineraries, customer requests, and operational teams to ensure every trip is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily travel operations, including bookings, itineraries, transfers, accommodation, and travel services.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and other travel partners.
- Monitor bookings and resolve schedule changes, cancellations, customer issues, and operational disruptions.
- Support and guide travel operations staff to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
- Monitor supplier performance, costs, service quality, and operational standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve travel processes, customer experience, efficiency, and service quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in travel operations, tourism, hospitality, or a similar customer-focused operational role.
- Strong knowledge of travel bookings, itineraries, suppliers, and travel service coordination.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills when working with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Confident using booking platforms, Microsoft Office, email, and other travel or business systems.
- Practical, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
