We are a friendly dental team in the heart of Lydd. We are looking to recruit an experienced Practice Manager to join our dental practice.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental practice to include financial
- To ensure a smooth work flow and to provide exceptional customer service.
- Line Management of Dental Nurses and Dental receptionist to include practice meetings.
- Compliance
- Service contracts for the practice at timed intervals
Skills:
- Organisation
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong financial management skills
- Experience in supervising staff members
- Proficient in human resources practices
Qualification
NVQ 4 or above in Health & Social Care, or experience in managing a dental practice.
