We are seeking a forward thinking, progressive and outcome focused leader to shape and deliver HMRCs integrated approach to resourcing and talent. This pivotal role will determine how HMRC engages, attracts, develops and retains diverse talent, building sustainable pipelines for critical roles and capabilities.
Working as a visible enterprise leader and strategic partner to senior leaders, you will support HMRCs transformation agenda, future operating model and workforce plans through an effective resourcing and talent strategy with high-quality delivery.
By aligning attraction, recruitment, apprenticeships, employer brand, outreach, onboarding and talent retention, you will ensure HMRC has the diverse skills, capability and capacity needed to modernise the tax and customs system, improve customer outcomes and deliver its organisational priorities.
You will exercise corporate leadership beyond your immediate remit, contributing to collective decisions, championing HMRC-wide priorities and taking shared responsibility for the organisations performance, culture and outcomes.
