In this extremely varied, primarily NW London office-based, role you will balance in-person hospitality with global digital communication.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing face-to-face interactions with visitors and guests.
- Organising our studio, training room, and demo areas.
- Remotely liaising with international clients.
- Managing sales data, marketing inquiries, and Avolites Academy bookings.
Our ideal customer-focused candidate is a flexible self-starter who can work independently and collaborate seamlessly with the wider team. We are looking for:
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- A collaborative mindset, ready to jump in and support others to achieve core objectives.
