We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join Sense as our Human resources (HR) transformation lead. This is a key role supporting our operations transformation programme, helping to shape and deliver practical people-change activity that enables sustainable, high-quality services for disabled people with complex needs.
Working as part of the HR business partnering team, and closely with the Director of transformation, operational leaders, programme colleagues and HR advisors, you will translate transformation plans into clear people plans, support organisational design and workforce planning, and help leaders implement change fairly, consistently and at pace.
This is a hands-on transformation role with a strong focus on delivery. You will develop and drive integrated people plans, assess workforce impacts, prepare clear change materials, support consultation and engagement activity, and equip managers to lead change confidently. You will also use people data and operational insight to identify risks, track progress and recommend practical solutions.
We are looking for someone with significant experience of supporting complex organisational change or transformation, ideally in a multi-site operational environment and with a social care background. You will bring sound knowledge of UK employment law, employee relations, organisational design, workforce planning and consultation, alongside the judgement to manage risk and provide clear, pragmatic advice.
You will be confident working with senior and operational leaders, able to build credibility quickly, challenge constructively and turn complex information into clear recommendations and actions. You will be organised, resilient, collaborative and committed to inclusion, colleague wellbeing and Sense's values.
