Salary: £14.80 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, flexible shifts between 6:00am and 5:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista / Food Service Assistant to join our catering team at the new Unilever Campus in Kingston upon Thames.
In this varied role, you'll prepare and serve high-quality coffees and beverages, support food service operations, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience in a busy corporate environment. What you'll do

Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks to company standards.

Provide excellent customer service with every interaction.

Support food preparation and service throughout the day.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all catering areas.

Replenish, rotate and manage stock correctly.

Carry out manual handling tasks safely.

Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
What you bring

A friendly, professional and customer-focused approach.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in a café, barista or catering environment is desirable but not essential.

An eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards.

Knowledge of stock rotation and manual handling procedures is beneficial.

Flexibility to work shifts between 6:00am and 5:00pm.
