Job Title: Line Runner (Telehandler) – Afternoons
Salary: £28,900 rising to £30,400 as role objectives are met + 20% shift allowance
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 (multishift contract)
As a Line Runner within Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the daily running of the production area. Acting as the link between operators and Team Leaders, you will ensure production flows efficiently, standards are maintained, and issues are escalated and resolved quickly.
This role is for individuals who demonstrate leadership potential and can effectively support both the operational needs of the shop floor and the wider objectives of the business. The successful candidate will be capable of performing operator duties while also providing cover and support for Team Leader responsibilities when required.
What you will do
As a Line Runner, you will be accountable for, but not limited to:
Monitor performance against operational targets and support delivery of PQVC (People, Quality, Velocity, Cost) objectives.
Champion continuous improvement, safety, quality, and operational excellence standards across the area.
