The Foundry Social is growing bar in Cathays with a focus on community, inclusivity and innovation! We are looking for a trainee chef to join our existing team, who each bring their own personality, creativity and positive vibes to the room. The concept is simple; Tasty, great quality food and drinks & the best vibes. The Foundry Social is ever evolving with new concepts and ideas! Our menu consists of simple, fresh, homemade dishes and our very popular Wing Wednesday where we offer fresh wings prepped in house and homemade Cider battered cauliflower wings!
Who We Are Looking For
We're looking for a motivated trainee chef to join our team. Some experience is preferred but not essential, so long as you are passionate and willing to learn, we can teach you the rest! Full training will be given! There will be opportunities to create seasonal specials and assist with new menus and ideas.
This position offers and excellent opportunity to develop and expand your skills in food preparation, compliance and cooking within a professional kitchen environment.
The Role
This is a part time role with plenty of room to progress and learn as you go.
This role is to start in September with some training beforehand. The role will be somewhat seasonal with more hours in term time than the holidays.
