Looking to join an up and coming fast growing residential architecture studio in SW London?
We’re hiring for part and full time roles. Helping Smyth Dixon design and deliver residential schemes across SW London.
We’re looking for someone who’s keen to get stuck into multiple stages of design and delivery from project inception, through concept and detailed design and on site during construction.
Working directly under the company director you will have the opportunity to work on multiple aspects of a residential project and benefit from the ongoing support of the director only.
Duties
- Assist company director in developing design concepts for design development and planning submission.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings for tender design and building regs compliance.
- Assist in company admin, fee proposals, note taking etc.
- Assist in on site project management and coordination.
Skills
- Proficiency in Vectorworks ideal but not essential.
- Great communication and organtiation skills.
- A get-up and go attitude, we're a small practise so you can get stuck into multiple aspects of the role if you are the right candidate.
- Self management - the role is largely remote, so the ability to manage your own time is essential.
Pay: £12,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
