Trade Counter Person (Full-Time)
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Trade Counter Person to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and wants to build a career in a busy trade environment.
No previous trade counter experience is required. Full training will be provided to the right candidate who is enthusiastic, willing to learn, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers at the trade counter and over the phone.
- Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Process customer orders, quotations, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Offer advice on products, pricing, availability, and specifications.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Build strong relationships with trade and retail customers.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
- Maintain stock displays and keep the trade counter clean, tidy, and well organised.
- Develop a good understanding of the company's products and services through ongoing training.
