The role
We're looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our team and help lead it. This is a hands-on clinical role with real influence: you'll manage your own caseload with full autonomy, set the standard for how we deliver care, and mentor our junior therapists as they grow. You'll work across the whole MOVE ecosystem — from acute injury rehab, to strength and conditioning in the MOVE360 gym, to our Pro-Recovery & Performance programmes. The role combines hands-on clinic work in Harrogate with remote consultations and online rehab, so you'll need to be based locally or within comfortable commuting distance.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver expert clinical care: assessing, diagnosing and treating a varied caseload — sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, post-op rehab and more.
- Lead and mentor: coach, support and develop junior physiotherapists, and help shape our clinical standards and pathways.
- Bridge rehab and performance: build and deliver rehab and performance programmes — including online programming — that take clients the full journey from pain to performance, bridging the clinic and the MOVE360 gym floor.
- Own outcomes: run objective assessments, set clear goals with clients, and keep our outcomes and satisfaction levels high.
- Collaborate across the ecosystem: work alongside the MOVE360 gym and Wild Side Studios teams to give clients a joined-up, end-to-end experience.
- Improve the practice: help us refine how we work — your ideas on service, systems and patient experience are welcome and wanted.
Who we're looking for
Essential
- HCPC registered with a degree (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy.
- A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification MSK experience.
- Based locally or within easy commuting distance of our Harrogate clinic.
- Confident managing a full caseload independently, with strong clinical reasoning.
- Comfortable delivering care both in person and remotely.
- A team player who thrives on collaboration and actively enriches the culture around them.
- Excellent communication and a genuine, patient-first manner.
Nice to have
- A natural mentor who enjoys developing others and raising the bar around them.
- Strength & conditioning knowledge or relevant qualifications.
- Experience with post-op, pre/post-natal or performance-focused rehab.
- Membership of the CSP and a commitment to ongoing CPD.
