We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our bustling establishment. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities to ensure efficient service deliver
- Manage and motivate team members, including serving staff, kitchen personnel, and baristas
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist in training new staff members and providing ongoing professional development
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas
- Support the management team in implementing promotional activities and special events
- Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality experiences to guests
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food production
- Excellent team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Previous restaurant or cafe experience is highly desirable
- Knowledge of serving procedures and hospitality standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A friendly demeanour with exceptional communication skills
