We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional hair styling services, provide excellent customer care, and contribute to creating a welcoming salon environment. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, colours, blow-drying, and specialised treatments.
- Offer personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all work areas and tools.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery.
- Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, or specialised treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
- Assist with store management tasks when required, including stock replenishment and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Mentor junior staff or apprentices, sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Handle front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, booking appointments, and processing payments.
- Have a minim of 2 years salon experience after completing level 2 or preferably level 3
Skills
- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work.
- Skills in barbering are advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs and deliver personalised solutions.
- Knowledge of store management practices to assist in daily operations when needed.
- Competence in eyelash extensions and makeup application to offer comprehensive beauty services.
- Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.

Pay: £24,420.00-£51,618.21 per year
