We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in London.
This is a customer-facing role involving speaking with customers, providing information about products and services, and supporting the day-to-day sales process.
Responsibilities
- Speaking with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Providing clear information about products and services
- Understanding customer needs and answering questions
- Supporting customers throughout the sales process
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales information
- Attending regular training and team meetings
- Representing the business professionally
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable speaking with people
- Reliable and professional
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Well organised with good communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
