Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant team as we head into the busy summer months. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers receive high-quality service in a friendly and efficient manner.
Duties
- Greet and seat customers promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system or by hand.
- Ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service.
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation quality.
- Monitor tables for customer satisfaction, responding promptly to requests for assistance or additional items.
- Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Assist with the preparation of food items as needed, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service.
Schedule/Availability
We are predominately looking for people who are available to work between 10am - 5pm Monday-Friday. This does not mean to say evening & weekend shifts are not to be expected.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred; training will be provided.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- A friendly disposition with a passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
