As a Health and Safety Officer at St Mungo’s, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all individuals involved in our operations.

Main responsibilities include providing advice, conducting audits and inspections, monitoring incidents, and supporting the development and implementation of health and safety policies.
In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Farringdon, London. This allows for in person collaboration, team building, and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.
About you
We are seeking an attentive and proactive Health and Safety Officer with a strong focus on detail and quality. The ideal candidate would possess excellent communication skills and the ability to provide timely and high-quality advice on health and safety matters, in addition to:

A minimum qualification of a NEBOSH General Certificate

A commitment to continuous improvement and able to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders to ensure compliance and address any areas of concern.
