Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organised office assistant to join our team, to work full time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities
- Managing phone calls and emails - this involves customer service, taking orders and solving issues for our customers
- Entering orders using Sage
- Staying organised and ensuring orders go out on time and customers receive things they need in a short timeframe
- Filing and organising paperwork
Ideally would be able to use Excel and Sage, and be familiar with working on computers.
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
