Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel housekeeping and possess excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks to ensure all rooms and communal areas are kept clean and presentable
- Change bed linens and towels, and make beds in accordance with established standards
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning surfaces
- Stock and maintain cleaning supplies inventory
- Assist with laundry duties as required
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel as room attendant is MUST required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices
