Hours: (9.00am – 17:30pm) 7.5 hours with 1 hour break, Monday to Friday

Huboo is looking for a reliable and organised Stock Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, monitoring stock movements and ensuring products are available when needed.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate stock records.
- Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or discrepancies.
- Carry out regular cycle counts and inventory checks.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to record and manage stock movements.
- Prepare and process stock movements, transfers and adjustments.
- Work closely with warehouse and operational teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Follow company health, safety and stock-control procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident working with numbers and stock-management systems.
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
- A good communicator and team player.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in stock control, inventory or warehouse operations.
Beneficial experience includes:
- Previous experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience performing cycle counts and investigating stock discrepancies.
- Experience maintaining accurate inventory records and stock movements.
- Experience communicating with multiple departments via email to resolve stock or operational queries.
- Competent in the use of VNA/picking machines. However, training can be provided.
- Experience creating detailed reports using Microsoft Excel.
