Position: Assistant Store Manager

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Pattern: 5 days over 7, including weekends
Salary: Guaranteed earnings of £50,000–£60,000 (including an excellent basic salary, commission, and bonuses)

You will have experience in a similar retail or sales-focused environment and thrive in a target-driven role. You are motivated by results, enjoy developing and inspiring teams, and consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
The successful candidate will currently be working in a high-performing Sales Manager or Assistant Manager role and be ready to take the next step in their retail career. You will be ambitious, dynamic, and proactive, with strong leadership skills and a “can-do” attitude. As a natural team player, you will motivate and coach the store sales team while delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, inspiring, motivating, developing, and coaching a high-performing sales team
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives through clearly defined KPIs
- Maintain exceptional store standards to ensure customers enjoy a positive, engaging shopping experience
- Provide customers with first-class solutions tailored to their interior design needs
