Willow View is a bungalow a short distance from the main home. You may be required to work at both homes.
As a Wake Night Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support throughout the night, ensuring each individual feels safe, comfortable and well cared for. You’ll promote independence where appropriate, carry out regular wellbeing checks and support with personal care and night-time routines. You’ll use Positive Behaviour Support approaches to maintain a safe, structured and reassuring environment, complete accurate records, and help ensure individuals are prepared for the day ahead.

- Working alternate weekends is essential
