We are seeking an experienced and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing and highly regarded installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and enjoys working within a positive, proactive environment.
The company undertakes a wide variety of projects across Glasgow, the Central Belt and the West of Scotland, ranging from small domestic installations through to large-scale commercial and VRF systems.
For ambitious engineers looking to expand their skill set, there are opportunities to gain experience with ventilation and air source heat pump installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of air conditioning systems across domestic and commercial sites
- Working on wall-mounted, ducted, split and VRF systems
- Ensuring all installations meet industry standards and regulations
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship and a professional approach on site
- Working collaboratively as part of an experienced installation team
- Supporting additional ventilation and heat pump projects where required
Requirements
Essential
- F-Gas Qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience in air conditioning installation
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Experience with ventilation systems
- Experience with air source heat pump installations
Salary & Benefits
- £20.00 - £24.00 per hour depending on experience
- Overtime available
- Time and a half paid after 40 hours
- Travel time paid both ways
