Automotive Workshop Manager
The Trade Centre Group is offering an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Workshop Manager We are looking for motivated, professional individuals who take pride in delivering outstanding service and driven by success.
Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday, with alternating Saturdays

Requirements & Experience
- A full UK manual driving licence is essential
- Level 3 Qualification or equivalent OR 5 years’ experience in a workshop environment
- Own a stocked toolbox and basic servicing items
- Ability to work efficiently, with high numbers of vehicles coming into our workshop.
- Flexible team player - able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support showroom during busy periods.
- To always be well-presented with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed
Role and Responsibilities
- Consistently manage a focused team repairing vehicles to our exacting standards
- Responsible for all vehicle parts acquired for mechanical work carried out through the workshop facility.
- Quality control of all vehicles through the Sales channel and our Aftersales team.
- Responsible for maintaining our reputation of delivering the best standards in the industry.
- Ensure efficient workshop use of materials, equipment, and labour so service and repairs are carried out efficiently.
- Responsible for the daily control of the workshop in order to maintain a high level of productivity and quality repair
- Manage all reporting and necessary paperwork for the workshop facility
- Ability to multi-task and organise teams/tasks to maximise output through the department
- Able to always work in a dynamic environment with compliance to Health & Safety.
