About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Regional Nurse to join a growing luxury care provider with a portfolio of high-quality nursing homes across the North West, with some homes across West Yorkshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working across multiple homes, supporting clinical teams and helping maintain consistently high standards of care. Many of the homes have been commissioned and developed by the provider themselves, creating modern environments with a strong focus on quality, clinical excellence and resident experience.
You will work closely with Home Managers, Clinical Leads and senior leadership teams to provide clinical support, guidance and oversight across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and support across a portfolio of nursing homes.
- Work alongside Home Managers and Clinical Leads to maintain excellent standards of nursing care.
- Carry out regular clinical reviews, audits and quality checks.
- Support homes with care planning, medication management, safeguarding and clinical governance.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to nurses and wider care teams.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of best practice across all homes.
- Identify areas for improvement and work with individual homes to deliver positive outcomes.
- Support homes with CQC compliance, inspections and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with clinical investigations, incidents, complaints and action plans where required.
- Help ensure residents receive safe, personalised and high-quality care.
- Provide additional support to homes experiencing clinical or staffing challenges.
- Share best practice across the wider group.
About You
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with strong clinical experience who is confident working across multiple nursing homes.
You will ideally have:
- Active NMC registration.
- Previous experience within nursing homes or elderly care.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance and CQC requirements.
- Experience supporting or leading nursing teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach.
- The confidence to work independently across multiple locations.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding resident care.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
