Key duties include :-
Settling in new children and planning exciting activities to keep the pre-schoolers stimulated.
Building a rapport with Parents to enable them to trust in you and your ability to look after their child.
Being dependable and using own initiative as the role requires
Being flexible and calm and composed in busy periods.
Encouraging learning and development, through play and teaching.
Creating a secure environment, using imagination to help children to learn.
To be successful for an opportunity at Lime Tree you will be :-
- Early Years Teacher Status ·
- Level 3 or above with vast experience of working with Pre school age group 3-5 years
- have a willingness to learn
- have a good understanding of Early years framework and Child Development
- have the ability to mentor and inspire a team
· You will have a professional attitude
· You will be approachable and friendly
