Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Ensure all food safety standards are maintained to deliver safe, high-quality products
- Assist customers by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing exceptional service
- Handle food preparation handling pastries
- Manage cash register transactions accurately using basic math skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and customer areas
- Practice effective time management to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
Experience
- Previous barista experience is essential, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently
