Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring efficient clerical support, and managing administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management software. and booking in surveyors appointments. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining a productive work environment and supporting the overall objectives of the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Carry out office activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- financial record-keeping and invoicing. (not full time)
- Manage surveyor resources and updating records.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to facilitate information flow.
- Maintain an organised office environment by overseeing supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency within the office.
- Handle phone etiquette professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
- Updating CRM software
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in software and other relevant office software applications.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with booking appointments and resources processes is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of ECO or retrofit would be advantageous
