We are seeking a dedicated, proactive and personable Centre Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our centre, providing excellent guest services, and supporting management in daily activities. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their enquiries to ensure a positive experience
- Support management in daily operations, including scheduling and administrative tasks
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the centre’s common areas
- Assist with event organisation and set-up as required
- Handle guest feedback professionally, escalating issues when necessary
- Manage bookings and reservations efficiently using the centre’s booking system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency
Skills
- Strong organisational and management skills to oversee daily activities effectively
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on delivering outstanding guest services
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with visitors and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly demeanour with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience or interest in hospitality or guest services is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for all aspects of the role
