The job We’re looking for an experienced and passionate bar tender to join our growing team full time. Along with your healthy and appropriate love of all things drink related, you’ll be consistent, reliable and thrive when working in a team environment. You’ll be willing to learn new things from our experienced Head Bar and embrace our way of doing things. Team spirit is vital and it really is you and the team that set the mood of the bar. That’s why it’s a key focus for us to recruit the right personalities for our team and brand.
You will report to the Assistant Manager and Deputy General Manager, and will be play a pivotal part in ensuring the bar stock and equipment is looked after whilst providing our guests with exceptional service.
The nitty gritty As you’d expect, we do have some expectations on the level of experience we require. We would hope that you;
- Have previous experience working on a fast-paced bar and bonus if your experience comes from a cocktail background
- Have smart presentation and appearance
- Are confident closing down and opening the bar on your own
- Show a passion for cocktails and learning of new recipes or techniques to keep it interesting
- Are passionate about hospitality and looking to interested in developing a career in the industry
