Job Summary:
Neisha Digital Systems Ltd. is seeking a Systems Enablement Manager to help teams gain greater value from the digital systems and business platforms they use every day. The role will focus on system adoption, user readiness, process alignment, and practical improvements that make technology easier and more effective across the organisation.
What You'll Do:
- Lead system enablement activities across business and operational teams
- Identify opportunities to improve how employees use existing digital platforms
- Coordinate the introduction of new system features, tools, and capabilities
- Work with users to understand workflow needs and adoption challenges
- Translate system functionality into practical business processes
- Develop user guidance, resources, and enablement materials
- Coordinate demonstrations, knowledge sessions, and system rollouts
- Gather user feedback and prioritise opportunities for improvement
- Work with technical teams and vendors to address usability or functionality needs
- Monitor system adoption and identify areas requiring additional support
- Support ongoing initiatives that strengthen digital capability across the business
Requirements:
- Experience in business systems, digital enablement, technology adoption, IT services, business applications, implementation, or a related area
- Strong understanding of how technology supports everyday business processes
- Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to explain systems and digital processes clearly to different users
- Strong organisation and coordination abilities
- Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
- Practical problem-solving and continuous-improvement mindset
- Previous systems implementation, adoption, or enablement experience is advantageous
- Technology, business, information systems, or related qualifications are helpful, with transferable experience also considered

Pay: £61,000.00 per year
