Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Assistant to join our team. This role will suit an experienced retail/hospitality associate with a keen interest in the drinks industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. A knack for sales also appreciated!
The Role
As a Bullards Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand, introducing customers to Bullards, telling our story and, most importantly, encouraging them to taste, discover and buy our products.
- Hosting tastings and sampling sessions at JarroldsProviding exceptional customer service and memorable customer experiences that ultimately drive sales
- Work collaboratively with manager in order to ensure inventory is well stocked.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Providing alcohol product tastings alongside product knowledge to customers in order to influence and encourage sales.
- identifying trends and opportunities to better performance and customer experience.
- Promoting our cocktail pouch range and showing customers how easy it is to serve great cocktails at home
- Demonstrating our Bottle for Life concept and refill pouches
- Introducing customers to the Bullards range and explaining our Norwich heritage
Essentials:
- Available for day shifts, opportunity for other hours possible
- excellent sales skills
- Ability to work confidently independently
- Ability to work with initiative and willingness to be flexible in your approach to work and duties
- Able to travel to stockists around Norfolk when required
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, events, sales, drinks or brand promotion would be an advantage
This role is for 16h a week with the possibility to pick up more hours elsewhere in the business.
