What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a positive, efficient work environment
- Manage schedules, correspondence, and documentation for internal teams and executives
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and budgets
- Support HR with onboarding, timesheets, and team communications
- Streamline administrative processes and implement best practices
- Monitor office budgets, invoices, and supplier contracts
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in administrative management or office coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
