Front of House Team Member – Castle Carvery Racecourse
We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Front of House Team Members to join the team. Delivering exceptional guest experiences is more important than ever – and you’ll be at the heart of it. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two shifts are the same. From serving guests at the bar to running food, preparing desserts, and creating a welcoming atmosphere on the floor, you’ll play a key part in making every visit memorable for our guests.
About You
You’ll be confident, approachable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a positive attitude, you’ll be happy to get involved across all areas of front of house and take pride in delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will include (but is not limited to):
- Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, relaxed dining experience.
- Running food from the kitchen to tables efficiently and accurately.
- Running drinks from the bar, including soft drinks, beers, wines, and hot beverages.
- Preparing and serving desserts to a high standard and specification.
- Supporting the smooth flow of service across the restaurant floor.
- Clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
- Handling guest queries and ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across all front of house areas.
- Following all company procedures, including licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
Experience
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided—we’re looking for personality, reliability, and a great attitude.
