Overview:
We are seeking 1 compassionate Night care assistant to join our small team on a 33 hour contract.
Providing essential care and support to individuals in need. The role involves assisting and ensuring the well-being of our service users.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and colleagues to provide high-quality care
- Utilise IT systems for documenting care plans and updating records accurately
- Assist service users with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, and meal preparation
- Support service users in following care plans tailored to their individual needs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.90 per hour
