Role Title: Digital Analytics Consultant

Summary of the role:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analytics Consultant with 3 to 5 years' experience to support the Digital Experimentation & Analytics team for a leading US credit card provider. This role focuses on using digital marketing and customer data to optimise online acquisition journeys, improve customer experience and increase conversion across digital channels.
Working closely with Digital Marketing, Product and Analytics teams, you will analyse campaign and customer performance, support experimentation programmes, deliver actionable insights and help drive data-led decision making.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing analytics who enjoys solving business problems through data and wants to further develop their expertise in digital experimentation and customer analytics.
As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:
- Analyse digital marketing performance and customer journeys to identify opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement and conversion.
- Support A/B and multivariate testing programmes by measuring results, identifying insights and recommending optimisation opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, reports and KPIs to monitor digital marketing and customer experience performance.
- Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour across digital channels to provide actionable recommendations.
- Produce analytical readouts for digital initiatives, product launches and experimentation activities.
- Work with Digital Marketing, Product and Analytics teams to understand business challenges and deliver data-driven insights.
- Integrate and analyse data from multiple sources to build a complete view of customer and marketing performance.
- Present findings clearly to stakeholders and support data-driven decision making.
- Continuously develop knowledge of digital products, customer journeys and marketing analytics best practice.
Skills and Personal attributes we would like to have:
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance or another quantitative discipline.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in Digital Marketing Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Digital Analytics or Customer Analytics.
- Experience analysing digital marketing campaigns, customer journeys and online conversion performance.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, web analytics and customer behaviour analysis.
- Experience supporting A/B testing or digital experimentation programmes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Experience working with large datasets and analytical tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within Banking, Credit Cards or Financial Services is highly desirable.
- Adobe Analytics experience (2+ years preferred).
- Experience with Adobe Target, GA4 or similar digital analytics platforms would be advantageous.
- SQL or other data querying experience is beneficial.
- Experience supporting digital acquisition, customer experience or conversion optimisation initiatives
