Our businesses include Rise + Grind Café, Fields Farm Events, weddings, luxury cabins and our Home & Lifestyle Shop.
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Freelance Social Media Manager to bring the Fields Farm brand to life online and help grow our audience, bookings and sales.
The Role
You’ll manage our social media across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, creating engaging content across:
- Rise + Grind Café
- Events & private functions
- Weddings
- Luxury cabins
- Home & Lifestyle Shop
- Fields Farm as a whole
You’ll create Reels, TikToks, Stories, photography and posts, regularly visit the site to capture content, plan campaigns and stay on top of current social trends.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Creative and confident behind a camera
- Experienced with social media and short-form video
- Passionate about food, hospitality, lifestyle and interiors
- Proactive and full of ideas
- Commercially minded, with a focus on driving bookings and visits
- Confident using Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Comfortable with tools such as Canva and CapCut
- Able to create content that feels premium, modern, warm and authentic
