Salary details: Grade 6, £26,403 - £27,255 (pay award pending)
Contract Type: Post 1 - Permanent, Full time, 37 Hours per week
Post 1 - Temporary, Part time, 22.2 hours per week

The City of Doncaster Council puts improving the life of its residents at the centre of everything we do. We are looking for a confident and organised individual to support the delivery and growth of our Commercial Waste services.
This is a varied role where you will work with customers, contractors, and colleagues to help ensure services run smoothly, meet customer needs, and continue to grow.
Duties include:

Supporting the delivery of commercial waste services to local businesses
- Acting as a point of contact for customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Working with internal teams and external partners to ensure services are delivered effectively
- Supporting customer account management and service changes
- Using systems and data to keep records accurate and up to date
- Assisting with monitoring service performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Contributing to the growth and retention of commercial customers
- Supporting general administration and day-to-day running of the service.
