Topline Glass & Glazing Ltd is a long-established, family-owned manufacturer of high-quality sealed glass units supplying trade customers throughout the South West.
We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. Applicants must hold either a Category C1 (7.5 tonne) or Category C (Class 2) licence, together with a valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
The Role
You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of glass products to our trade customers throughout the South West, providing excellent customer service while representing Topline Glass & Glazing in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Deliver glass products safely and on time.
- Load and unload vehicles carefully, ensuring products arrive in perfect condition.
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks.
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
- Build positive relationships with our customers.
- Work closely with our warehouse and production teams.
- Follow all road transport, health and safety, and manual handling procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Valid Category C1 (7.5 Tonne) or Category C (Class 2) HGV Licence.
- Driver CPC qualification.
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good geographical knowledge of the South West.
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
- Good level of physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling.
- Friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
Desirable
- Previous experience delivering glass, windows, or building materials.
